The Transfer Request Report displays information about Requests that have been transferred within a specified time period.
Steps to Generate a Transfer Request Report
1. Click Reports > Request Management Reports > Transfer Request. The Transfer Request screen displays as shown below.

1. Enter information in the following fields as needed:

Report Header Display Options | |
Display on 1st Page | Only display the report header on the first page of the report. |
Display on all pages | Display the report header on all pages of the report. |
Do not display on any pages | Do not display the report header on any pages of the report. |
Select Options | |
Transferred Requests | Include transferred Requests in the report. |
Transferred and Closed Requests | Include transferred and closed Requests in the report. |
Group By | The criteria you want to group by. |
Filter Options | |
Request ID | Identification number for a Request. |
Action Office | Action Office(s), as selected from the drop-down menu. All will be selected by default. |
To Action Office | Action Office(s), as selected from the drop-down menu. All will be selected by default. |
Request Type | Request Type(s), as selected you want to include in the report. All will be selected by default. |
Transferred Between | Date range within which the Requests were transferred. |
1. Click Generate. The Transfer Request Report displays as shown below.
