The Data Views configuration customizes the display columns and sorting/grouping order for pages that organize multiple data tables into rows and columns.
To access Data Views, navigate to the App Designer (Settings > Applications > App Designer) and then click Data Views. The Configure Data Views screen appears as shown below:

By default, the Configure Data Views page has the Data View Type selected as None. Use the Data Type View to view the various configuration options. Options include Inbox, My Folders, Pending Folders, Contact History, and Contact List. Select a view to configure the options for that type.
The Inbox configuration is shown below, but the options are the same for all types:

Each field is described in the following table. Make changes to these options to configure the view:

Sort By | Specific column in Selected Columns by which the data items will be sorted ā the available columns to select from update based on what is added/removed from the Selected Columns |
