User Logins Report

The User Logins Report displays a summary of attempts to access ATIPXpress for a specified period. The report can be broken down by group and user.

Steps to Generate a User Logins Report

  1. Click Reports > Custom Reports > User Logins Report. The Load Criteria window displays as shown below.

  2. To select saved report criteria, click the Select Saved Report Criteria drop-down menu, select a Saved Report Criteria from the list, and then click Generate. To create a new report, skip this step and proceed to step 3.

  3. Click Next. The User Logins window displays as shown below.

  4. Configure the fields described below per your agency's requirements.

Description

Report Header Display Options

Display on 1st page

If selected, the report header appears only on the first page of the User Logins Report.

Display on all pages

If selected, the report header appears on each page of the User Logins Report.

Do not display on any pages

If selected, the report header will not appear on the User Logins Report.

Select Options

Group By:

If the User Name entry is selected, the report will be grouped by User Name. If User Group is selected, it will be grouped by User Group. Otherwise, if no selection is made, the report items will be listed chronologically according to login time, with the earliest entries listed first.

Login Attempts

All Successful Logins

If selected, the report will list all successful logins associated with the selected user(s).

All Failed Logins

If selected, the report will list all failed logins associated with the selected user(s).

Both

If selected, the report will list all logins, both failed and successful, associated with the selected user(s).

Filter By

Select User(s)

Allows you to select one or more users to include in the User Logins Report. You can search for users by First Name, Last Name, Email, Login, Action Office and Group.

Action Performed

Between the Dates

Allows you to select a date range for the audited time period for which the report will be generated.

For the Month

Allows you to select a specific month and year to determine the audited time period.

For the Year

Allows you to select a specific year, and year type (Calendar Year or Fiscal Year), to determine the audited time period.

Year to Date

Allows you to select a year, from which the audited time period will be calculated to the current date.

NOTE: If no user is selected, the report will include all users
