The Statistical Report displays various statistics related to Request processing.
Steps to Generate a Statistical Report
Click Reports > Statistical Reports > Statistical Reports. The Statistical Report screen displays:
Enter information in the following fields as needed. These are described in the Statistical Reports section.
Click Generate. The Statistical Report displays as shown below:
Page count values displayed in statistical reports, including Pages Reviewed and Pages Released, reflect the finalized counts confirmed on the Close Request screen for closed Requests. These values are not recalculated from document data after a Request is closed. If a Request was closed with manually adjusted values, the statistical report reflects those adjusted values.
NOTE: The Reviewed, Released, and Withheld page counts shown in this report reflect the counting property exclusions configured for Document Review Flags. If a Document Review Flag is set to Exclude from Pages Reviewed or Exclude from Pages Released, any pages assigned to that flag are excluded from the corresponding count.
