Workflow Roles Interface
The Roles tool helps manage the roles available to this workflow. Select the
Roles icon to bring up the Roles screen as shown below:

Note: AutoAgent is a default role that will be used for Process Elements.

B | Add Role | Click to Add a new line for capturing a role |
C | Edit Role | Select a role from the list and click the Edit button to edit an existing role |
D | Save | Click to Save the new/edited role |
E | Delete | Click to Delete a selected role from the list |
F | Cancel | When creating a new role or editing an existing role, click Cancel to discard changes |
Add or Edit a Workflow Role
Follow the steps below to add a role to your workflow:
Select the add button to create a row in the role table

Enter a name for the role in the left-hand Role Name field
Select the Assignee Type. There are four options:
Type | Description |
|---|---|
Single User | Only one user can complete the task |
Office Queue | An office will be selected to complete the task. The task will be fulfilled after one user who belongs to the assigned office completes the task |
User/Office List | A list of user(s) and/or office(s) will be assigned to complete the task. You can determine if every user/office on the list needs to complete the task or if only one user needs to complete the task in the Workflow Assignment settings of the App Designer. |
All Group Users | All users in the selected group will be assigned to the task. You can determine if every user in the group needs to complete the task or if only one user needs to complete the task in the Workflow settings of the App Designer. |
Select the save icon to save the role, or use the X icon to discard your changes.
After creating a role, select the role from the list and click the edit icon to edit the selected role.
After editing the desired fields select the Save Icon to save the changes or the X Icon to discard the changes.
You can click the trashcan icon to delete the selected role.
Note: You cannot delete a role that is associated to a Human Model Element.
