Application forms can be created or modified for each application. To create an Application Form:
1. Navigate to Settings > Applications then select an application and click App Designer. Navigate to App Forms which displays the available application forms for the corresponding application.
2. To create new application form, click New. The eCASE UI Designer opens in new browser tab/window.
3. Select a Design Mode (Fixed Width or Responsive).
