About the Email Log
The Email Log option in System Configuration is useful to view the Email Logs. You can view the email logs with the subject, the email sent status, the sender of the email, the source of the email sent, and the email logs according to the created date.
To access the Email Log, Go to Settings > System Configuration > Email Log. The Email Log is shown below:

Search for an Email
The following fields can be used as search filters when searching for an Email from the list of Email Logs:
· Subject: Enter the Subject of the email
· Status: Select the status of the email. Available statuses are: All, Success, Failure, and Pending
· Sender: Enter the Sender of the email
· Source: Enter the Source of the email
· Created Date: Enter a desired date range to search for emails sent during a specific time frame. Use the Calendar controls to select a From and To date.
1. Configure the search filter fields, and click Search
2. To view an Email, select an email from the list, and click View Email. The following screen displays:

3. To clear search filters, click the Clear Filters button.
