Failed Correspondence OCR Jobs

Users can view any Failed Correspondence OCR jobs for a Request and take corrective actions, such as retrying the failed jobs.

Steps to View the Failed Correspondence OCR Jobs

  1. Click Administration > Jobs > Failed Correspondence OCR Jobs. The Requests View [Failed OCR] window displays as shown below.

  2. Enter search criteria as necessary in the fields described below.

Field

Search Criteria

Request #

The identification number assigned to the Request.

Request Type

The type(s) of Requests to include in the search.

Requester

The Requester(s) to include in the search.

Description

The Request description submitted by the Requester.

Action Office

The Action Office(s) to include in the search.

Request Status

The Request Status(es) to include in the search.

Request Owner

The Request Owner(s) to include in the search.

Advanced

Advanced

When expanded, allows you to add advanced search filters by clicking Add new filter.

Custom Fields

Custom Fields

When expanded, allows you to select search criteria using any configured Custom Fields.

  1. Click Search. A list of Requests matching the search criteria displays as shown below.

NOTE: To retry the failed jobs, select a Request, and then click Retry. All of the information in the selected Request will be sent for OCR processing again.

NOTE: To retry all matching Requests, click Retry All Matching Requests. All of the matching Requests will be sent for OCR processing again.
