The purpose of Help Links Configuration is to configure the Help Links with URL's or attachments to be displayed under Home > Help (drop-down menu).

Steps to Create New Help Links

  1. Click Administration > System Configuration > Help Links Configuration. The Help Links Configuration screen displays as shown below.

  1. Click New. The New Help Link screen displays as shown below

  1. Enter a Display Name. This is the name under which the new Help Link displays

  2. Select either URL or Attachment for the Type field

  3. If using the URL option, provide the URL name to display the URL help link on the Home page.

  4. If using the Attachment option, browse and select the attachment

  5. Click Save

Steps to Edit Help Links

  1. From the Help Links Configuration screen, click Edit. The Edit Help Link screen displays

  2. Edit the Display Name, Type, Attachment, or URL as necessary

  3. Click Save

Steps to Delete Help Links

  1. From the Help Links Configuration screen, select the Help Link you want to delete

  2. Click Delete. A verification message displays

  3. Click OK
