Payments Report

The Payments Report lists the details of all payments received during a time period, in response to particular request(s), or received from specific requester(s). Additional options allow for filtering by payment type, request type, status and more.

Steps to Generate a Payments Report

  1. Click Reports > Billing Reports > Payments. The Work Hours screen displays as shown below.

  2. Enter information in the following fields as necessary:

Description

Report Header Display Options

Display on 1st page

Only display the report header on the first page of the report.

Display on all pages

Display the report header on all pages of the report.

Do not display on any pages

Do not display the report header on any pages of the report.

Payments Received

Between the Dates

Report for Payments received within a specified date range. If selected, also select a date range.

For the Month

Report for Payments received within a specified month and year. If selected, also select a month and year.

For the Year

Report for Payments received within a specified year. If selected, also select Calendar Year or Fiscal Year, and select a year from the drop-down menu.

Year to Date

Report for Payments received from a specified year to the current date. If selected, also select a year from the drop-down menu.

Filter By

Requester Filter Criteria

Filter by multiple Requesters using the Requester Filter Criteria fields (these are visible when Requester Filter Criteria is selected). These fields are:

Requester First Name

Requester Last Name

Requester Organizarion

Default Category

Individual Requester

Filter payments report using a single requester. If this selection is made, the Individual Requester field appears where you can select an individual for whom to report payments

Include Payment Details

Include payment details as part of the report

Request ID

Filter using a specific Request ID

Request Type

Select all applicable Request Types from the dropdown menu

Action Office

Filter payments by a specific Action Office

Request Status

Filter payments by specific request status(es) by selecting the applicable statuses from the dropdown menu

Payment Type

Filter report by Payment Type. Options are Payment, Refund, or Both.

Group By

Group the report by Action Office, Organization, Payment Date, Payment Type, Request ID, or Requester.

  1. Click Generate. The Payments Report is displayed based on the criteria you selected in step 2.
