User Custom Fields allows you to capture additional user information on the users screen.
Navigate to Settings > System Configuration > User Custom Fields. Here you can view all the User Custom Fields previously created.

Creating a User Custom Field
Navigate to Settings > System Configuration > User Custom Fields > New. You will need to enter the following information:

Name: The identifier of the user custom field.
Type: The type of field.
Required: If enabled, this field will need to be entered for every user.
New custom user fields will be immediately available in the Custom Fields Information Section of every Users profile.

Editing User Custom Fields
1. Go to User Custom Fields.
2. Select a custom field and then select Edit to open the Custom Field screen.
3. The Custom Field screen appears. In the Custom Field screen you can edit the following information:
a. Name: Enter the name of the custom field.
b. Active Checkbox: Check the box to make the custom field enable.
c. Required: Check to make the custom field required.
4. Click Save to save the information for the custom field and click Close to exit.
Deleting User Custom Fields
1. Go to User Custom Fields.
2. Select the User Custom Field and select Delete. The following message displays:

3. Click OK to delete the selected custom field.
Create Database Views
This option creates a database view (RV_Users) with all user custom fields. This view is mainly used for writing SQL Queries for reports or data integrations.
NOTE: You must select Create Database Views to update the database with any new, edited, or deleted User Custom Fields.
