User Email Templates are email templates for user access management. These emails will be automatically populated via merge fields and sent to notify users of their new accounts and passwords to access the system.
Navigate to Settings > System Configuration > User Email Templates. Here you can view all the user email templates being used.
To Edit a User Email Template
Navigate to Settings > System Configuration > User Email Templates > [Select Email Template] > Edit.
Use Insert fields to insert merge fields, which will autopopulate with relevant database values such as [USER.FIRSTNAME] and [ENTERPRISE.NAME].
