The User Profile Synchronization configuration manages the eCASE user fields to map with the Active Directory store fields to synchronize the Active Directory users to eCASE.
Go to Settings > System Configuration > User Profile Synchronization Mapping.
Fill in the LDAP Mapping Fields.
Once all fields have been entered, click Save. Then go to Settings > System Configuration > Scheduled jobs > Synchronize Active Directory Users to eCASE.
4. Provide Schedule information and LDAP Configuration and uncheck Inactive. Once done, click Save.
