Users Report

eCASE is able to view each user’s information. This user report will show names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.

  1. Navigate to Settings > System Configuration > Users Report. If you have previously created and saved a User Login Report, you can select it in the Select Report Criteria drop down list.

  1. Click Next. If you did not select a previously saved report criteria, choose your criteria here. If you did select a previously saved report criteria, the criteria will be loaded here.

  1. Select your columns and any other criteria and click Run Report.

  1. You can print or export the report from this page, using the Print, Print All, or Export buttons. The report can be exported as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, CSV, HTML, or PDF document.
