This section is for the System Administrator, who performs multiple actions, including installing, configuring, and customizing ATIPXpress according to the agency’s requirements/standards.

Before you start working with ATIPXpress, you need to configure the system. Configuring the system allows the System Administrator to manage the following:

  1. Control operations and appearance

  2. Annotation text that will appear for image pages

  3. Set the default Agreed Amount for Requests

  4. Target date for completion of Requests

  5. Processing days

  6. Location for storing correspondence documents

  7. Dates for the fiscal year

  8. Login settings

  9. Custom Field settings

  10. Enterprise Information

Administration Dashboard

Upon logging in to ATIPXpress, Users in the Administrator group will see the Administrator dashboard by default. An example of this dashboard is shown below:

Some of the points of interest from the Administrator Dashboard are described below:

Quick Links: Easy access links to commonly used application functions

Login Status: A graphic representation of the number of users currently logged in to the system (as well as the total number of users)

My Work Summary/Messages/Group Queue Assignments: Links to assignments and messages assigned to you, your group, or other pending actions

License Distribution: Displays license utilization information, including Purchased, Used, Available, and Locked license counts, as well as a count of all Available Connections

Dashboard Selection: Users assigned to multiple roles may have access to different Dashboards, which can be selected from this drop-down menu.

Administration Module

The Administration module contains all system configuration options. It is located on the menu bar, as highlighted in red in the image below.
